FAQ "How should I apply workflow to my folders and items?"

When applying workflow to your agency's content, please remember the following:

- Workflow applied to a folder will not be automatically applied to content items that are already in that folder.

- When creating a new content folder, make sure to set the workflow on the folder BEFORE adding content. Each new item to have the parent folder's workflow automatically applied.
