Issue: Publishes Not Going Through
Make sure changes to pages were 'Saved' before submitting.
Make sure the item is in the 'Approved' workflow State.
Make sure the item is not 'Locked' by anyone
Right clicking on the left-side of the content editor window will display a 'lock' icon next to any locked content
Make sure any dependent content has been published/approved (Media library items, internally linked pages, etc.)
Media library items may need to be published individually - Please contact your System Administrator to perform this function.
Clear your browser cache and refresh the page or open the page in a private browsing window
Your browser may sometimes display the cached version of the page which won't reflect your new changes.
Content Authors: If still experiencing an issue, contact one of your agency's system administrators.
System-Admins Only:
Re-publish the item or it's parent folder.
- Try both 'Smart Publish' and 'Republish' NOTE: If selecting 'Republish' on a parent folder, be careful as ALL sub-items will also be republished unless 'Publish Subitems' is unchecked.
